Only one Id give a new contract to is Marcondes, Onel is a fans favourite but his end product isnt good enough for another years salary in my opinion

Poor end product but we don't yet have enough strong, quick wingers that can open a game up. Onel should never be starting but as a bench option his end-product is harder to judge - it doesn't have to be his goal or assist that opens up opportunities...

Of those only Marcondes should be here next season, but if we can offload McLean to some lower-tier Scottish team dumb enough to want him then we certainly should jump at the chance.

For me of that list I would take out the option on Marcondes. He has the experience and has been a solid addition. 
I'm torn about Onel. At the moment he creates a problem when he comes on from the bench. In all my years of following us I can think of no better impact sub (that might make an interesting thread in its own right). On that basis I would offer another year. He is a 'weapon' at Championship level. 

Gunn appears to possibly be one who wants to leave?  Lungi has had a good while with us and even now I'm unsure about him though when signed he appeared to have some quality. 

I really hope we sign Dobbin and would love Doyle to continue and learn with us. If Sainz is to be sold I'd be happy investing in these two with some of the proceeds. Assuming of course these signings would even be possible.

Ps. We still need a new Kenny in the house - or might that be Schwartau already?

I much prefer Schwartau in that more attacking 8 role out of the 3 in midfield. I wouldn't like to see him as deep as Kenny; doesn't have the same engine or ability to intercept / tackle. Looks a good ball-carrier though!
